Israel Rivera Bravo, 23, of the 6700 block of Burke Street, was arrested Monday on one count each of third offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and the obstruction of the driver's view, said Ed Baswell, spokesman for Bossier sheriff's office.
Deputies stopped Bravo's vehicle about 7:30 p.m. on state Highway 3 and found that he had two baggies of marijuana and two cigars in his possession, Baswell said.
He was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security facility with bond pending.

Brown, 61, died Saturday after a car crash on state Highway 3132 in southwest Shreveport. Police reports indicate a medical condition may have caused him to drive off the road. His 84-year-old mother received injuries police described as non-life threatening.
Brown represented commission District 6.
