Construction should start in August on the first building at the new Cyber Innovation Center and National Cyber Research Park on 64 acres just east of Bossier Parish Community College. The bid to build the 120,000 square-foot anchor building of the new research park was awarded at today's Bossier Parish Police Jury meeting to McInnis Brothers Construction of Minden.
