Two buildings were broken into, but no other items were reported missing.

Shreveport Times A Shreveport man was injured when his house caught on fire early this morning.
The 42-year-old was taken to LSU Hospital in Shreveport with second-degree burns to his face and right arm, according to fire department officials. Two other adults escaped the fire without injury.
Firefighters arrived at the residence in the 1700 block of Midway Avenue about 2:30 a.m. and found a large portion of the home completely involved with fire. The blaze was under control in about 15 minutes, but not before the home was heavily damaged, according to officials.
An investigation into the cause of the blaze continues.
